The funds raised from this event truly impact the lives of the students at Larchmont Elementary School.  All sponsors will be recognized on our website and acknowledged at the event.

We are seeking sponsors who can provide financial support at the following levels:

  • $1,250: Event Sponsor
    • Company banner at the party at Brick Field plus Platinum benefits (2 available)
  • $1,000: Platinum 
    • Platinum tier logo on race t-shirt and table at the event
    • Sponsor spotlight shared on the LES PTA Facebook page, LES PTA webpage, and LES PTA e-newsletter
    • Four race t-shirts 
  • $750: Gold 
    • Gold tier logo on race t-shirt and table at the event

  • All sponsors at the Silver tier or higher may also provide promotional materials (business card to postcard sized) to be included in the race bags. These must be received by Friday September 22nd, 2023 in the Larchmont Elementary School front office.

     

     

    All sponsors will be recognized on our website and acknowledged at the event.Sponsor yard signs to be displayed on campus near the front loop the week leading up to the event and throughout the weekend’s festivities. Upon request, sponsor yard signs can be delivered and displayed on the sponsor’s premises.
